Bressanone/Brixen and its surrounding area? To ensure that your day starts off well, Hotel Goldener Adler in Bressanone/Brixen wants to indulge you with a
varied breakfast buffet, including all kinds of bread rolls, home-made jams, fresh cold meats, fruit, juices, muesli, yoghurt and an extensive tea bar. All ingredients are chosen with care and preferably come from local produce, if possible even directly from the farmhouse. Our own
patisserie Oste Scuro/Finsterwirt bakes fresh bread and cakeson a daily basis for you, everything from brioche and cakes to a variety of strudel creations.

The owner himself, Hermann Mayr, will tempt you with special creations and refined dishes.
