Good to know
- Museum Mobil: With the Museum Mobil Card, you can use public transport for either 3 or 7 days. In addition, you can visit 80 museums free of charge.
- Room picnic: We can organise a traditional or Mediterranean room picnic with tasty dishes for you!
- On arrival: Rooms are available for you after 2 p.m.
- On departure: You would need to leave your room at 11 a.m. Please speak to reception, if you would like to leave later that day.
- Room service: € 4,00
- Small pets are allowed on request. A charge of € 10,50 per day applies for special cleaning. This charge does not include pet food.
- Parking: in the hotel-owned courtyard: € 8,00 There are also some hotel-owned parking lots available in the surrounding area.
- Deposits will not be reimbursed. However, we can give you a voucher.
- Reservations require written confirmation from us, as well as payment of deposit.
- Payment: Payment can be made in cash, by cheque (you pay all fees), Visa, Mastercard and Bancomat.
- Cancellation: Cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days prior to the agreed date of arrival. For cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival we charge 80% of the entire arrangement booked; in case of short-notice cancellations, no-shows or early departure we charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
