• Arrival: from 2 p.m. Please inform us if you arrive after 6 p.m.
  • Departure: by 11 a.m. – late check-out depending on availability..
  • Booking guarantee (MasterCard or Visa): the booking is confirmed only after receipt of the credit card details or a deposit payment by bank transfer.

  • Credit card: The hotel reserves the right to authorise the credit card before arrival.
  • Cancellations: cancellations made until the 4th day (included) prior to arrival are free of charge. At christmas time (12/24/2020 – 01/06/2021) and at easter (04/01– 04/04/2021) cancellations are free until the 6th day (included) before your arrival. Later cancellations, no show or early departure are charged with 100% of the booked arrangement. Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, nonetheless they can be used for future reservations. We recommend taking out travel insurance. 
  • If you would like a special room: Category, position and room number can be confirmed from a stay of at least two nights. In case of availability we always try to meet your room request also in case of a shorter stay.
  • New Year's minimum duration of stay  5 nights for some weekend in the high season 2 nights
